 More young men are becoming nurses due to the higher pay and career benefits. My wife Pam is a Neo-Natal Nurse Practitioner and our daughter Lauren is a Neo-Natal Nurse. Nursing is a difficult yet highly rewarding calling. There is a huge nursing shortage in the United States.
